Weekly Gram


Homemade salsa:

Fresh Roma tomatoes
Whole canned tomatoes
Jalapeno pepper
Garlic
Onion
Lime juice
Cilantro

Blend all together in a food processor to desired chunkiness, then can.  It makes for a super refreshing and tasty splash of color and flavor.

    1. It was quite yummy, and spicy (which I like). I wish I had been able to can more of our tomatoes into various delicious things, but alas, that didn't happen this year.
